For the Host

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your team in Arrabon’s Foundations of a Reconciling Community course. As host, you’ll serve as an initial point-of-contact for your organization as we get your team enrolled in our online learning management system.


What to Expect

After you’ve purchased the course at the appropriate group size, you’ll receive an email from Arrabon within 1-2 business days to confirm your preferred course date and schedule a Set-Up call with Arrabon team members. During this call, we’ll go over the course structure, give you a quick demo of how to use our online learning platform, TalentLMS, and answer any remaining questions you may have before the course begins. 


Enrolling Your Team

You’ll need to submit your participant list (using our provided template) at least 2 weeks before your course is set to begin.

After we receive your participant list, we’ll send a welcome email to your whole group. The email will include instructions on how to log onto Talent LMS and provide a link and private Group Key that will ensure all your group members are enrolled in the same course cohort.  We’ll also include this Participant Info sheet that provides additional information about the course.
